Really made in France?

My quest: reason before ideology

When I launched Maison Vayrou, I had no preconceived notions. I compared factories, costs, and especially the finishes in several countries. I wanted to be rational.

Following this research, I chose the Centre region. This wasn't to "check a marketing box," but because I found a technical mastery there that I didn't see anywhere else.

The expertise of the Centre Region

Where detail matters.

The manufacturer I work with is located in the heart of the Centre Region. It is a company with a lot of experience and expertise developed over decades. In the kitchen, everything comes down to details that you don't see, but that you feel when using it:

  • Stamping: The precision with which the metal is pressed.
  • Thickness: A perfect balance for uniform heat distribution.
  • Durability: Demanding technical discussions so that your pan will still be there in 30 years.

The advantage of proximity!

Manufacturing in France is first and foremost a question of control. In an industry where quality depends on manufacturing details invisible to the end customer, this proximity is invaluable. For me, it means:

  1. Direct communication: No intermediaries, I speak directly to those who manufacture.
  2. Total responsiveness: I can intervene quickly if a detail is not to my liking.
  3. Absolute transparency: I know exactly what's happening in our workshops in Châteauroux.

A model that makes sense and has heart.

Supporting people

Employing men and women in France means preserving historical industrial expertise.

Respect the planet

Producing and selling in France shortens supply chains. Less transport means a reduced carbon footprint.

Claim the origin

In a world where everything comes from everywhere and nowhere, knowing where your stove comes from has real value.

The pride of a job well done

"I am proud to say that our products are made here. Not to ease my conscience, but because it represents a total commitment and consistency. Knowing where the item that prepares your family meals comes from, that's the real value."
