Pan-fried brioche French toast (serves 2)
It's the ultimate comfort food for breakfast or a snack: French toast, crispy on the outside, incredibly soft on the inside. Even better when cooked in a Maison Vayrou stainless steel pan, which perfectly caramelizes the sugar without the "soggy" effect of coated pans.

🍳 Preparation (15 minutes)
1. Prepare the mixture

In a deep plate, beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla sugar.

Dip the brioche slices in it (30 sec on each side to soak well).
2. Cooking

Melt a knob of butter in your Maison Vayrou stainless steel pan, over medium heat.

Place the slices in and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until they are golden brown and crispy.
Tip: stainless steel allows for beautiful, even caramelization without needing to add too much fat.
3. Finishing

Sprinkle with sugar just out of the pan for a light crispness.

Serve with fresh fruit or a drizzle of maple syrup.
